TWICE A SPECIAL DAY

Founded on June 14th, 1775, the mission of the United States Army is:

" to "provide necessary forces and capabilities ... in support of the National Security and Defense Strategies."

We say "God bless the men and women who wear the uniform of the United States Army" and pray that the Troops and Veterans know how grateful the Nation is for their service.

Today the design of the Flag of the United States of America was adopted by the Continental Congress, in 1777.

Americans have died to protect the freedoms it represents. Americans have seen it waving and stood proud. Americans wear it with pride on the uniforms of the branches of the Military.........and for that reason, and more, we pay it the respect and honour it deserves.

You're a grand old Flag and long may you wave!
